The story

From the old
to the new.

This hill has been in the family since the eighties. The old weekend house has served its purpose — now it's time for something new.

On the same spot, we're building Kabina. Not a hotel room. Not a glamping tent. A single, considered structure — wood, stone, glass — placed so the landscape walks straight in through the window.

Ideal for two. With room for four when needed. Linen sheets, real coffee, a private jacuzzi on the terrace, a sauna with a panoramic view. Walls of wood that smell like wood. Natural materials, nothing superfluous.

Less square meterage, more square moments.

Three promises.

01 — One view

A large panoramic window, positioned so the bed sits inside it. From the pillow, you see only landscape — no windowsill, no neighbours, no road.

02 — One palette

Light wood, natural stone, brushed black metal, linen. Nothing else. Greenery — hanging plants, a herb box on the terrace — as the only "decoration."

03 — One terrace

A covered terrace overlooking the Kozjansko hills. Jacuzzi, two loungers, fire under the stars. The place where each day begins and ends.
